EMT
This position is responsible for the direct delivery of emergency and non-emergency medical and transport services. The EMT performs multiple functions in emergent and non-emergent situations.

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Colorado EMT/NREMT
- CPR
- IV Certification (Within 60 days of hire)
- Colorado Driver’s License (with clear record)
- EKG Certification (preferred)
- CEVO-4 (preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily checks of apparatus and ensure equipment is properly cared for, fully operational, organized and cleaned at the beginning and end of shift as well as after every call.
- The EMT will understand and practice within the scope of practice for an EMT within the State of Colorado.
- Respond to emergent and non-emergent calls calmly, efficiently, promptly and safely.
- Administering BLS care to patients effectively in accordance with protocols, local, federal, state laws and policies and procedures.
- The EMT is expected to document each transport properly and completely prior to the end of shift.
- Utilize all equipment according to manufacturer’s recommendations including: Radios, Cell Phones, Tablets, Stretchers, and any other EMS equipment.
- Effectively interacts with emergency service organizations, hospitals and facilities MHA services to obtain information regarding patients in an effective, professional manner.
- Handle all communications effectively and professionally including but not limited to:
- Supervisors, Coworkers, Dispatchers, Facility Staff, Patients Family and other agencies while ensuring patient confidentiality.
- Perform related work as required by position.
- Ensures patient confidentiality (HIPPA) is maintained at all times.
- Participates in training exercise and programs as required/requested by supervisors.
- Provide great customer service for every patient, every call, every time.
- Perform any other duties as designated by your supervisor.
- Some heavy lifting required.

Responsibilities:
- Gather emergency and non-emergency related information; determine actions, assist callers, and dispatch appropriate response units; maintain logs and records; and provide information to service units and agencies.
- Logs detailed patient and customer information into our system. Makes updates and changes as required.
- Ensure that the CAD is updated at all times (regular crew status checks)
- Communicate effectively and courteously with EMT units, and ensure that all necessary information is transmitted clearly and without errors
- Maintains confidentiality regarding any patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations, as well as any sensitive company and employee information
- Memorizes hospital and facility addresses in all counties we operate in.
Requirements:
- Must Be 18 Years of Age
- Outstanding customer service skills, including a pleasant and professional telephone manner

Paramedic
This position is responsible for the direct delivery of emergency and non-emergency medical and transport services. The Paramedic performs multiple functions in emergent and non-emergent situations including, but not limited to:

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to strict Safety practices and follow all traffic laws strictly
- Primarily Transporting Stretcher and Wheelchair member patients to appointments On Time
- Daily Vehicle inspections
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Responsible for On Time pickup and drop off of member clients
- Able to keep organized transport records daily
- Be able to adhere to company policies daily
- Must be able to lift/move 150 pounds
